    excited about this challenge.
    My starting weight is 152 lbs.
    My goal weight is 130 lbs
    Im 5'4 ft.

    My name is Cheri. It looks like Im a few weeks behind joining this but.... My starting weight was 138lbs. My current Weight is 134lbs. My ultimate goal weight is 115lbs. But for the time frame we are working with, I'd be happy with being 120lbs.

    I really am not focusing on the scale anymore i am down 10 lbs already but i would still like to loose a few more Lbs but toning is where i am right now and not to gain Lbs but Muscle

    Hi, my name is Ashley.

    My start weight is 237 lbs.
    CW is 201.9 (as of last week's weigh-in)
    Goal weight for this challenge is to lose 9 lbs.
    My ultimate goal is 150-170. When I get closer, I will see what my body fat % is and what is realistic for me.

    I am just ending a 12 week challenge with another group. I lost 6 lbs so I am happy to have found another 12 week group. :)

    So, I have about 20/25 lbs to go!!! But will be happy with whatever , as long as I feel good and look good!!!

    Ok we now have over 130 people in this group. This is going to as someone said "Move Mountains of Fat". Let me set a goal for all of us and see what we can do.

    March 18th - April 18th 30 Days. I'm setting a goal for all of us: I want us to lose a combined 800lbs by the end of the month. That means everyone must do their part for some of you I think you will be losing 2-3 pounds per week for others .5-1lb. I think this is a goal we can obtain. On April 18th we will all post how much we lost in the first 4 weeks of this group.

    Let’s Crush This Goal. Keep each other honest. I'm thrilled to have such an interest in this GROUP and I could not be more excited!!!
