I find it very difficult to eat even 1200 calories in the course of a day. How will I eat even MORE? I drink fruit and yogurt smoothies to get extra calories as well.

    If you add fats your calories will go up quickly. Stay away from fat-free/sugar-free/non-foods. Eat nuts, avocados, full fat cheeses and yogurts... add oil to your salads.

    Are you getting enough protein? Aim for 1g per pound of lean body mass to aid in preservation of muscle in a deficit.

    I eat 2000-2500 calories a day so I don't have the same problem you do lol.

    Calorie dense food is the answer. Try to pep up your shakes with some coconut oil, eat peanut butter, real butter full fat milk and cheese, no diet or low fat products.
