So once again the start of another week...

Mon - RI30 L2 & RI30 L3
Tues - Gym: Cardio & Strength
Wed - RI30 L2 & RI30 L3
Thurs - RI30 L2 & RI30 L3
Fri - Rest
Sat - Rest
Sun - Gym: Pure Pump & Treamill HIIT

2 weeks until next measure

14 weeks & 5 days until my holiday to Portugal :-)

I know this group was initially for the lead up to my holiday but I think when I get back from my hol I will definitely be back on it and wanting to get trim for Xmas :-)

Soooooo, if you girls want to carry on with me thereafter I shall set up a new group after my hols :-)

    Mon - 30 Day Shred Level 3
    Tue - Rest
    Wed - No More Trouble Zones
    Thur - Rest
    Fri - Ripped in 30 Level 4
    Sat - Cardio (~3mile Run)
    Sun - Rest

    Think Im going to finish up this month with this routine. Purchased Hard Body and will incorporate that into my routine in April. Thats if I can wait that long. Also ordered Yoga Meltdown, Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout, and Extreme Shed & Shred. Ready for my next round and plan to finish strong!

    I would be interested in continuing this after your holiday Katie. I'm dedicated to me this year and nobody gets my *kitten* in gear like Jillian.

    I purchased KB&T so I could have something to take on travel with me that didn't require weights, and I'm still having a hard time making it through Level 1 (mostly the first circuit) without stopping. It's hard! But I like it because it's an area I want to focus on, at least right now, so I am going to keep at it.

    Katie, I am definitely interested in continuing with you. I like having a weekly plan, even if I end up altering it, and I love having a support group to be accountable to. It motivates me to work out even on days I don't feel like it.

    SciRice, have fun with your new DVDs! Let us know what you think of the new Hard Body DVD.

    I am feeling sooooo much better this week! So glad to be over that crappy stuff....

    After this challenge ends, I am going to focus more on my weight lifting... But I would love to still follow with you ladies and measure each month with you. If ya'll are okay that I am not following JM as much.

    Hey girls great to see your plans for the week!!

    Also fab to hear that you would like to continue with a group after my holiday!! I was thinking of keeping it more open so PBSMommy you can do whatever workouts you wish I just thought it would be good to continue having a group with exercise diaries and measure months just as a support network and to motivate!! Xx

    Real happy with my workouts this week!! Wish I could say the same for food since Thursday - Saturday!!

    Today has been a much better day!!

    Sorry I fell of the face of the earth for a minute... It has been a hectic week with planning my daugters first bday party, which turned out amazing on Saturday. Because of the party and getting everything done, I didn't have the time I thought I would to work out. But six good days of solid workouts was good enough for me! I didn't do so great on my food Saturday and Sunday, but didn't go overboard so I am glad about that as well. :)
