Recovery week - my dvd doesn't work:( HELP

It's day one of recovery week, and I have clambered out of bed at 6am, put my core balance dvd on & it won't play for love nor money- or even copious swearing and shouting!

That's what you get for buying it cheap off ebay:(

Does anyone know if there is a youtube vid? Or anyone technical able to email me the workout? Or even jut list what exercises I have to do all week?

HELP please.....

    I hope someone can sort you out. In the meantime, why not do the Cardio Recovery (not the same I know but better than nothing)

    Thank you Noeasyweigh - he looks just the thing:smile: I have even worked out how to stream it to my tv, so I don't have try to squint at my phone:laugh:
