feeling really good about keeping my commitment to this program. 12 weeks of consistent lifting. I did it! Thanks for all the encouragement and support from this group. You all are so awesome! Now...off to the gym.

That is awesome! You worked so hard. I didn't get a reward when I was done. THat sounds like a good idea at the Labrada program. Have you seen the fitbit? I was thinking they looked great because they are so small.0

Hey there- first- CONGRATS to those of you in your final week(s)!!!
I just wanted to respond to the comment about the fitbit. I got one a few weeks ago and wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for something to give you a sense of how hard you're working in the gym. You're much better off getting a polar heart rate monitor and chest strap. It will be far less useful, and accurate. if, however, you want a high-tech pedometer that you can wear all the time (and get some feedback on your sleep cycle) the fitbit isn't a bad choice.0 -
