I made my plan awhile back and included some things I was (and still am) VERY eager to try. Last minute, I decided I want to get through No More Trouble Zones because I need/want to do a little more with weights to keep my strength gains from last 2 months 30DS & RI30 & I want to try NMTZ for future weight program. So I spread the circuits throughout the week and I hope I split them up okay.
Unfortunately, when I made the plan, I didn't know that today (Monday) was a school/work holiday, so I'm already behind, but I'm gonna figure out a way to make it up because I'm itchin' to try the ZWOWs (Zuzanna Light is such a bad-*kitten*!!).
Anyway, here it goes!!

Today, I change it up a bit i did Jllian Micheals Shred 3! I missed The JM Banish! Really like this workout, I got use to it! Will be doing it for the next 2 weeks. I did not have time to do a whole hour of Jillian. So, Tommrow will be the same as I have been doing. Stretches in the Morning (Denise Austin 30 minutes) 1 hr walk and Then the Jillian Micheals (Banish) Metabolism work out! M-F) Then weekend walk around the hood! Next Month Challenge will be Jillian Micheal Trouble zone! Already thinking ahead!

Also, I wanted to mentioned that The first 2 weeks of March I was doing The Firm Ab scult, I stop doing it! I included now M-F the 8 minute works out (Abs, Arms, Buns and Legs) this adds up to 32 minutes! Love this work as well! This mama is working it out! Yeah Baby!!! LOL0

Sherry- I just checked out Zwow... I love that she is doing the workouts... I must try the fat burner and the six pack abs.Let me know when you get to it.. and i will do the same... . I would love to see 1pack abs.. 6 would blow my mind...LOL0

It is a new week and I am away from home for the next two (visiting Ashley and family...awaiting birth of our grand baby). I may be MIA on most days over the next couple of weeks
I brought plenty of workout discs and videos stored on my USB stick, too. It was a JM 30 Day Shred Level 1. This is week 4 of 4 for a rotation. Jillian work my tail even with 28 minutes to do it...lol!
My rotation for this week is shown below:

Tue - Leslie Sansone Walking DVD
Wed - CLX Extreme Intervals (without stability ball)
Thu - CLX Burn It Off
