First Time Failing

I had my first failure yesterday. It came on shoulder press (i predicted this would be the first one i maxed out on form the very beginning)
It was at 80 lbs, I got 2 complete sets in, but was unable to complete that last 3
a bit of a bummer, but i realize it comes with the territory.
My question is how do i proceed from here. Do i continue to work on 80 lbs until I'm able to complete all 5 sets? Or do i still bump up to 85?

I think you stay with the same weight until you either complete it or fail 3 times and then you deload. If I am not mistaking the app will do this automatically for you.0
