I'm changing my goal up a bit for this challenge and I'm working NOT on weight loss but on FAT LOSS so the number I posted is my Fat Mass. Right now I'm carrying around 44.3 pounds of pure disgusting fat. I want that number to be 40.0 pounds of less disgusting fat by the end of this challenge.0

Congrats on your brilliant loss this week!

CW for this weigh in - 129.8
So, a 2lb loss in the week - woohoo! Not yet eating too much chocolate today so hopefully I won't gain both of them back again. Just need to get back to exercising formally again. Been doing lots of active stuff this week decorating the house and the like but need to get my cross trainer back on line.

Well, I lost a pound this week and managed to gain it back over the weekend.:mad: I entered my name on the spreadsheet and my April 1 weight. Now that I have caught up to you guys, I will try and stay on track. Good luck to everyone!!0
