Hi!
I am currently on phase one week four and this program has completely changed my mind already. I have always been a "chronic dieter" and this whole month off of cardio and focusing on eating clean has really changed the way I look at the way I treat my body. I used to be obsessed with the scale but now I focus on how I feel. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I AM DYING TO SHRED SOME FAT NEXT WEEK!! But for the first time in my life, I want to be healthy and not skinny! Please add me, I am totally a livfit fittie for life!

I just started phase 3 yesterday. I'm not sure if I'm going to survive the next few weeks but it was alot of in anyway! Phase 1 is great but you have alot to look forward to! Good luck!0

Welcome! I loved this program. I Am doing Lee Labrada now but I plan on doing live fit again because I enjoyed it so much! You can do it.0

Thanks all! Phase 2 is kicking my butt. I am unbelievably sore every day! I do think when I finish the 12 weeks I will start over again. Especially if I don't get the results I need.0
