Not sure if the keto diet is for me.

So the more fat I add to my diet, the more nauseated I feel. I just feel like the fat is just sitting in my stomach making me sick. Going to try and decrease the fat amount and see how I feel but I've never felt so sick in my life. :sad:

    Are you getting in enough salt? Water?

    Although I'd be surprised if it affects you this quickly, are you eating too many of the to-be-avoided polyunsaturated fats (PUFAs)?

    On the other hand, maybe it isn't for you. If the high-carb, low-fat diet isn't for everyone, it's certainly possible that keto isn't for everyone either.

    Aww I'm sorry to hear, hopefully your changes will help but if not it may not be for you. I do get that feeling from time to time but it is usually when I go over board with the fat at a specific meal. Instead of piling it all on in one meal try getting your fats in by splitting up the amounts through out the day. That has helped and I don't get that feeling any more.
