I have been sticking to weighing in when I remember, and logging it into MFP. Here are my results for last week:
3/13 - 3/14: LOST 0.4 pounds
3/14 - 3/17: LOST 1 pound
3/17 - 3/20: LOST 1 pound
TOTAL lost since 3/13: 2.4 pounds! YAY!0 -
Well chinese food last weekend killed me... Kept under calories all week, and got workouts in, but that gosh dern sodium :grumble:
Ended up breaking even, but it's only temporary.. Watching sodium next few days and drinking extra water.. so stay tuned0 -
Ok so I weighed myself this morning and it said 211. But my morning weight is usually 1-2 pounds lighter than what I weigh later in the day. So, I'll say 211 for now and come back this evening to update. **fingers crossed** Congrats to all who lost!!0

I am stuck at 200 pounds for the last two weeks. I am SO FRUSTRATED! I just want to be out of the 200s for good. I started changing my way of life ten weeks ago and I have lost 21 pounds total, but this little plateau is really making me angry and in the past this has been the point when I have quit and just gone back to the way I ate before. It does not help that I fell on Monday and landed right on my hip (which I previously had surgery on) and I have been super sore so I am not able to work out. Hopefully I will be able to get some kind of weight loss so I am not a complete failure in this challenge.0

Stepped on the scale and couldn't believe my eyes - 182.4! I am down 5.6 pound this week!0

I workout either cardio or weight lifting everyday.
I try to eat my calories back that I burn, so netting about 1450 cal a day.
March 20th
CW-192 (Kind of bummed but I think the next week I will see better results, trying to up my calories a little more.
