I am trying to work out my best 3 to give up. I know one is alcohol. Two should be no willpower eating out! Make a RULE for myself about what I get to order out! Salad, egg white omelettes... That would be a good one. Then I think limiting dairy, at least as a trial. I rely on it heavily for nutrition but think I should address it. Plus lose my recent slip to not working out daily as the norm. THank you so much for the challenge!

As you know from being with me like FOREVER LOL...how I operate and we welcome you with open arms...It won't be easy but it's not designed to be....Everyday won't be peaches but we will try to help support you and build you up to make it challenging but beneficial.... Hi Everybody!!
I'm joining late too but very happy to be here!
I am giving up:
Baked goods (cookies, cakes, muffins, pastries, etc.)
Soda
Coffee creamer
I am taking up and/or carefully continuing:
Drinking 8 glasses of water at least.
4-6 workouts per wk at the gym or home--cardio, strength, stretch
Eating or drinking at least one beautiful green veggie a day
Sticking to 1400-1600 calories everyday and logging my meals on MFP
Reducing and being more aware of my intake of wine esp M-F
Choosing healthier options when eating out
Finding and cooking new and easy healthy dinner recipes for the fam0 -
