This weeks Challenge 3/18 through 3/24

Okay team, I know I have been doing minutes burned and calories burned for a few weeks now so I'm going to give us a little break from it this week..LOL!! This weeks challenge is do 100 crunches everyday this week. I don't care what kind you do as long as you get them in! If you go over 100, let us know. We will post how many we got in each day, just as we do on the minutes/calorie challenges. Oh and if you all have ANY challenge ideas, please let me know. I love doing new things and sometimes, I have a hard time thinking of new ideas...hint hint...LOL!
P.S: If you miss a day or don't make 100, you have to make up for it before the end of the week..LOL!! Our goal is to get in 700 crunches this week!! Let's GO!!
