Day 19 - skater squat

Good Morning guys, so the squat of the day is the skater squat.
Remember we're at 160 squats so it's 80 per leg

I know a few of you are having knee problems so if this is too much just do regular squats.
And make sure you warm up with a jog or something before starting squats & stretch properly after.

Can't manage the arm movements, so will go for a mixture of sumo, curtsey and plain. Plain are done.0

A couple days behind, but finally done! 4 sets of 20 for each leg.0

My legs/butt are getting to me. I couldn't do the skater squats, so I did 160 regular squats...8 sets of 20.0

Still can't do these, but I did 20 jumping squats, and the balance (140) squats were done as walking squats around a full-court basketball gym. WOW.0
