Hi everyone
Going to start primal on Sunday and I have a quick questions
Read the mark sisson book primal blueprints and its great but I am looking for clarification on what animal fats are? Is it animal skins such as chicken or fat on beef etc ?

Yup, both. Lard as well. Look for fatty cuts of meat. I love eating bacon, marbled steaks, chicken legs, etc. If there's fat on the meat, keep it. Also don't be afraid to cook things in butter, coconut oil, olive oil and lard. This is where the majority of your calories should be coming from.0

If you are eating conventional meats, then be aware that the fat in those meats are not that healthy.

Full fat dairy as well, if you're keeping dairy.0

This is true. Toxins are stored in the fat, so try to stick to grass-fed/free range/organic meats.0 -
