Totally Random Bulletproof Coffee Question

Whenever I make coffee with any kind of oil in it (coconut oil, butter, etc), all the oils float to the top. Obviously this is basic science, so I'm not wondering why. I'm wondering how to prevent that from happening so I can get it through the whole cup? Or do you just live with it and let it sit at the top? Do you use a blender or something? How do you get it to blend?

    Aerolatte

Not to sound completely out of the loop, but what's that??
  • Don't use a blender .... someone ..... maybe it was Kira .... discovered that a blender will spray your BPC all over the kitchen

An aerolatte is a fancy little stick blender thing that turns your coffee into a latte.

Yes Eric, I was the happy discoverer on the blender pitfalls!

I got my Aerolatte at Amazon - have also seen them and Bed, Bath and Beyond if you have one of those nearby.
