    Weekend challenge for those who want to participate:

    This challenge will actually last Fri., Sat., Sun., and Monday (last weigh in is Tuesday). Let's see how well we can do staying on target with calories, sugar and sodium. Let us know how you are doing with this challenge. Let's finish strong ladies!!

    Thursday

    1 point - Support Teammate

    3 points - 64 oz. of water

    0 points - Only had strawberries.

    0 points - Lettuce and Tomatoes.

    5 points - Logged all foods and stayed under calls. I logged all of those cookies. Shame but I logged it.

    5 points - 1.5 hours exercise

    5 points - 2 hours of exercise, one was on the treadmill. I let fitbit log it

    Sugar got me in the end today, goal of 45, at 67 :(. Sodium and cals were fine.

    I've been doing well each day and getting my points until today...drove a few hours to be w grandkids for the week...tomorrow I will be up early thirty walking the dog! Let's hang in there...only 2 more days to go!

    sorry team, I just have not been feeling well this past week. I still have a head ache and ear pain and sinus pressure. Hope to be feeling better soon. Thanks Mary for helping out fran today.
