It's getting so close, only four weeks to lose as much weight and fat as I can!

    Congrats you can do it! I have about 14 days left so I'm just trying to focus on staying the course. The number on the scale has gone up a bit but I'm hoping that's due to my weight training and special monthly friend.

    No matter what though on your special day you'll be the most beautiful one there.

    What's your plan, Stina? I have a lot longer than you but completely understand your pain, I am already feeling that way. You can totally make a difference in a month, though!

    My plan? I'm doing three days a week of Stronglifts 5x5 training (Barbell lifting), and three days a week of the Zombies, Run 5K app (Interval walk/run training), and trying to eat at a good defecit while still getting plenty of protein and drinking tons of water. So far it's working well, so I'm sticking to the plan!

    (Oh and I also take 15 minute/1mile+ walks in the morning, and walks at night with my fiance, who has also lost weight (40 lbs.+ so far).
