day 2. i'm new

Hi all,

I am on day 2 of my 30day paleo start. I'm going to do strict 30 days and then tweak it from there. So far so good. I got a little worried because I didn't get very many calories in yesterday. But I bought some almond butter, avocados, coconut oil and walnuts to try and fix that problem!

I would love some paleo/ primal friends! I don't care if you're diary is open or closed (although I will definitely steal meal ideas if it's open!)

    Welcome.

    I'm not good enough at cooking to warrant theft of my meals/"recipes" but my log is open so feel free to look around if you want anyway.

    Side note: Be careful with that almond butter. It'll get ya'. I can't keep it in the house unless I want to eat the whole damn jar in one sitting.

    Hi Chelsea, I am also in my first couple of days, although I am doing Epi-Paleo and trying to wrap my brain around some of Dr Jack Kruse's theories. My diary is open to friends and I love to prepare and cook new recipes.
