Lack of Motivation

Hello everyone! I think I've begun to hit a plateau, these last 10 pounds have been the hardest. I'm starting to lack motivation and have gained back 5 of the 12 pounds I had already lost. What can I do to keep going?

    I m right there with you! I lost motivation when I started a new position at work in the middle of last summer. I managed to maintain for the most part through the holidays but I want to lose about 10 more lbs and im having the hardest time getting motivated to do it! I have found that If I go directly to the gym when I get off work and just try to power through a workout It def makes me feel better about myself and my capability of getting back in the swing of things! so im slowly getting there but its definitely kinda rough right now! as far as the plateau, I hit it a few times last year and what i done to nudge it a little was have a day or 2 where I ate things I wasn't normally eating (just don't go too crazy lol) like more fatty foods and I even bumped up my cal intake by about 300 cals a day, it seemed to help for the most part. and changing up cardio at the gym or out doors...helped me a lot! best of luck to you!
