Hello everyone! I think I've begun to hit a plateau, these last 10 pounds have been the hardest. I'm starting to lack motivation and have gained back 5 of the 12 pounds I had already lost. What can I do to keep going?
Hi All I've been successful so far and have lost 28lbs over about 5 months and want to lose 14 more by June, but i've just hit an annoying plateau. Anyone else in the same boat. Hi everyone! So i lost 7lbs in 45 days (Yay!). And now the scale won't budge any more, which is when i know i hit my plateau. I am currently 122lbs and my goal weight is around 110lbs. I wonder how long the plateau would last. I need support and love from you guys! Also, any advice to tough out the plateau? Thanks!

I keep reading that the last 10lbs are the hardest to take off and they take the longest. Are you doing anything different/extra to get rid of the last 10 lbs? Or are you starting to ease up on your diet a little to get ready for maintenance mode?
