Lost 3 pounds this past week. How does everyone deal with the weekends? They just kill my routine.

What do you do on the weekends that kill specifically? I have weekends built into my regimen.
Fri: Gym w/ friends, usually done at 10-11 pm and too tired to misbehave.
Sat: Early gym alone, then DnD with buddies. DnD on a diet is hard, so diet soda/energy soda, pure liquour+diet soda or just straight whiskey. Small bag of crisps/small bowl of sweets for moi - less want to eat their junk. Big cup of tea (alt: water) before dinner, eat less.
Sun: Day off, usually get up late, have brunch instead of breakfast & lunch, leftovers for dinner regulate portion size.
Just an insight to how I do it.0
