Newbie to the group!

Hi all...my name is Wimberley. I am 5'2'' and about 125....trying to get to 120 and hover around 119-121. The last few pounds I have to lose are of course the hardest and are all concentrated in my (go figure) BELLY! Anyone else experiencing the famously stubborn belly fat as their last and final obstacle?! Any advice is welcome. My diary is open for people to see as well. I love constructive criticism as long as it is constructive and not DEstructive, LOL.

I am a pear, but 3 kids in 3 years has made me a pear with a belly. I have no advice - I'm still working on it myself. My understanding is that although you can't "spot reduce" you can "spot add" when it comes to muscle and that cardio will get the fat off. So, if you have developed muscle underneath, that is what will show when it does. I just ordered 6 week 6 pack and will try that. There is also a website that someone posted about that gives a new ab routine everyday - the exercises looked challenging. (if you search you may be able to find it - if I find it I will post it). Good luck!

I have been running more and hiking hills! Also doing yoga and more strength training, drinking lots of water and trying to eat a clean diet. I have started the Body by Vi 90 day challenge. That shake tastes like cake batter! I love it.
