Second Weigh-In

I did not see a topic for the 1st week weigh-in. If there is a post, let me know and I will copy and paste my info there. I gave up sweets for Lent. I celebrated my giving up sweets for over 6 weeks by eating a lot of them on Sunday. So this wasn't my best week. But I was good with my running and I ordered Jackie Warner's Xtreme Time Saving and JM 6 week 6 pack workouts for 2 of my non-running days. Overall, I'm happy I lost any weight and I moved forward in other areas. Good luck to all!

Congratulations on keeping motivated. I find giving into the cravings sometimes actually help keep you on track if you don't get carried away with it. Sounds like you have things under control as you are almost to your goal.0
