I did a month of Insanity and originally planned to keep doing it when I started NROL4W, on my off days, but I changed my mind. It really is up to you but Insanity is intense in itself & I was afraid it would be too much, that maybe my muscles weren't properly going to recover. There are no weights in Insanity but a lot of pushups and power moves. Maybe when my overall fitness gets better I could do it but for now my cardio will be less intense.

I agree with kikicooks. I think Insanity would be too much. I quit doing 30DS for now because my muscles need time to recover. Instead I'm focusing on keeping the lifting workouts challenging and focusing on learning good form. If the weather shapes up, I'm going to start some moderate walking a few days a week, but that's it.
