Hey Peeps!!! This is the last week in March so you know we MUST go hard!!! So this weeks challenge is to not only work out but stay super active. Our goal is to get in 1000 fitness minutes!!! I know we can do it! You can count your workouts and ANY activity that you don't usually do during the week that you did to stay active, for example. If you usually use the elevator instead of the stairs, count the minutes it took you to get up those stairs. Each minute of PHYSICAL activity counts!!

    I was proud to make it only 323 minutes away from goal considering I go extremely sick Thursday!!! You know I have to give this challenge a go again this week!
