    I was wondering if yall are just calculating the calories you burn during a workout or 24/7? I have a sportline watch that I bought from walmart and on Saturday it showed that I burned 6555. I was also at the zoo for 4 hours constantly walking and barely sat down!

    Sunday I didn't wear my watch but I had a lazy day so I didn't track.

    The challenge says calories from exercise.... so if your exercising and burning I would say count that....
