Monday, March 25: Arms & Shoulders + Short Cardio

10 Shoulder Presses

10 Lateral Raises

10 Chair Dips

10 Bicep Curls

Repeat for a total of 10 sets. Try not to take more than a 30 second break between each exercise.

*A Note about weights. Your weight should be light enough that you can complete 10 repetitions, but heavy enough that getting to that 10th rep is a challenge.

Short Cardio: Today is also a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

    I am in! I tried the shoulder press with 5 lb , but I thought I am going to die. I will start light with 2 pounds and do the 10 reps.

    I think I need to bring my weights to work as I have no idea how to fit this in today between a short run and karate classes. I'll sneak it in some how.

    I am in. I did not get up this morning as planned -- my family and I caught some kind of stomach virus this weeked (yucK!) :blushing: and I am still a little exausted, I will be doing the cardio and the strenth training tonight after work. After reading all that you ladies have done today. I am hyped and it is Monday(not my favorite day of the week)! Cheers to you all :drinker: for getting us off to an awesome start. I will have to blog about the workout tomorrow no computer access at home right now. Challenge ON! Great Job everyone!

    Im in too! This works beautifully into my Turbulence Training program, gonna add a bit more and a brisk mile walk home from work beforehand.

    My 25th of Mar check-in...Arms and Shoulders workout done and 20min of cardio. All earned me 109 calories so going to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.

    If you haven't done it yet today do everything you can to fit in it-getting it done feels awesome. If you simple can't, forgive yourself and commit to tomorrow no matter what.

    I do full body workouts so I didn't exactly do the program...but my workout did include power cleans and dips so maybe I was close? It was hard and it lasted a long time.

    I did my regular full body strength workout, but added weight to my arm and shoulder tracks. I only got 10 minutes of cardio in though, busy busy Monday!

    I sneaked 3 sets in before karate on the lats, the press and the curls and a 15 minute run. I'll take a look at tomorrows legs challenge. I'll be missing my tabata class this week so this will really help.

    Did 5 sets before my wrists started causing issues :grumble:, I will do as much of the upper body stuff as I can until I see the specialist next month about my wrists.
