I took the fit test on March 18th, and the following are my results. Yes, they are sad and pathetic, lol, but I know that will change over the next 60 days and I'm excited about it!
Switch Kicks: 89
Power Jacks: 39
Power Knees: 75
Power Jumps: 30
Globe Jumps: 10
Suicide Jumps: 9
Push-Up Jacks: 17
Low Plank Oblique: 400 -
Way to go VallnShape! Looks like you did great to me! I'm going to post mine tonight... you don't even want to see what my totals were.... REALLY sad, lol :ohwell: But you're right, they can only go up from here, so I'm excited0

Well, I did the Fit Test and am pretty ashamed of my results. But here you go:

My first fit test results are pretty bad when compared to you guys. lol. of course i have barely lifted a finger in two years.

For the push up jacks, since I don't know how to do a real push up, I started with "girl" push ups and hopefully by next fit test I will be better at those but I also did 15 extra jumping jacks to hopefully even it out! lol0 -
