it's like all over again: dizziness, gasping, spleen pain. those extra 20 minutes really do the difference. pacing yourself is crucial, but it can be done. did the whole exercise with last 5-10 seconds of almost every second and third repetition lying on the floor :D
I was able to do about 90% of the video. Could only do 1 set of the Basketball Drill and Abs. Had to fast forward ( doesn't help am battling a head cold) but I a determined. One day I will do the complete DVD.

How did ya'll cardio recovery go? I thought it would be easy because of the word "recovery"... hahaha, yeah right. I was still sweating & shaking from the pulsing & balancing, lol. I felt so uncoordinated! The stretching did feel good though. Day 4 done! It feels good to check these days off :-)
