it's like all over again: dizziness, gasping, spleen pain. those extra 20 minutes really do the difference. pacing yourself is crucial, but it can be done. did the whole exercise with last 5-10 seconds of almost every second and third repetition lying on the floor

The month 2 videos are an HOUR, ugh. I absolutely hate the Max Recovery video - it feels like an eternity, 50 minutes of stretches ... burns less than 100 calories (for me at least). I just think Beach Body wanted to make sure the length of the recovery videos were comperable with the other videos.0
