Day 21 - Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit

Hey ya'll. OMG!! Last night was like day 1 for me all over again with the Max Interval Circuit! All I kept saying to myself was "Shaun T really is INSANE!!" And I was more insane because I decided to work out at 10pm!! I wasn't going to, I was so tired that I was just going to make Monday up on Sunday but then I thought, what the hell! So I went through with it. Only problem was.... I couldn't get any sleep afterwards! I had so much energy, that I was up all night, smh.


Here are my results from the Fit Test:

Day 1 / Day 15 / Day 21

1. Switch Kicks - 50 / 98 / 120
2. Power Jacks - 25 / 34 / 45
3. Power Knees - 61 / 68 / 84
4. Power Jumps - 21 / 31 / 40
5. Globe Jumps - 3 / 6 / 7
6. Suicide Jumps - 3 / 6 / Sorry I couldn't even do them, I was too through, lol
7. Push-up Jacks - 20 / 23 / 25
8. Low Plank Oblique - 30 / 40 / 45

I'm doing better except for the globe & suicide jumps - they are still my hardest challenges! :ohwell:
