... plan a nutrition plan for someone over email? I am so confused and am trying so hard to come up with a plan that will work for me -- I am at the end of my rope and ready to just chuck it all!! I did like your Facebook and went to your site as well. I am interested in becoming a client but I do not live in Texas and do not have a Skype. Is it possible to work through email instead?

    Yes, I can work via email and also do telephone meetings in conjunction. Don't give up! I can help you step by step to come up with a realistic plan that works.

    Also, skype is free and available to download here http://www.skype.com/en/ - the reason I like skype is because you can see video of me, so I can show you examples of things. It is not necessary, it just makes sessions more fun and "hands on"

    Thank you! My laptop does not have a web cam so I will have to look into that... I checked out your videos and it looks like something very feasible. Being long distance seems like it may be a bit of a challenge though but I am sure you have already done it that way already a million times. What are the general costs for the programs? I did not see that on your website?

    That's because I don't list the costs. I think I might start doing that though. I have had mixed feelings about doing this because the price is on a sliding scale.

    You don't need a webcam, you just need the program so you can see me.

    My fees are $90 for a nutrition session. You'll meet with me 1-2x per month depending on your preference. If you are interested, email me through the "contact" part on my website and I'll send you the details of the fees and such. I offer discounts and package deals, so $90 would be the maximum.
