I am a female 72 yrs old I do walking exercise 3 times a week , I am not very active hobbies are reading and sewing. I was told by Dr to do low carbs , low fat and low sugar . Doing 1200 cal.diet.so where should I be on my carbs. Thank you for the help. :)
