I've hit a plateau

I've started dieting and working out 1/10/16 and have lost 82 pounds. As of 7/31/16 I can't seem to loose any weight. I haven't gained any either . I was doing a 1200 calorie diet but have upped it to 1400 to 1600 calories. I do cardio about 4 times a week mostly running. I also lift weights 4to5 times a week. I still can't seem to lose anymore weight. Number just stays at 196 pounds. Not sure what to do.
