Tuesday, March 26: Legs & Abs + Short Cardio
10 Side Lunges (10 total: 5 to the left and 5 to the right)

10 Leg Drops (10 Total: 5 to the left and 5 to the right)

Repeat for a total of 10 sets.
Short Cardio: Today is a short cardio day. Any kind is fine (jogging, power-walking, biking, jumping rope, swimming, etc). Try to do something to get your heart-rate elevated for at least 15 minutes. If you can go longer, even better!

Yes. The challenge is to complete 10x10 of all four exercises. It's not as bad as it sounds especially when broken up by switching up exercises, but listen to your body and just do what you can. If you want to start off just doing a a few sets, you can always work up to 10 sets as the weeks go on.0 -

Completed my usual BodyStep class (really pushed myself on lunges and squats) and stayed for a CORE class as well.0 -
I did 2 different gym classes today, both of which had squats, lunges, mountian climbers, as well as kick boxing. I don't think I can handle anymore today.0

Completed 5 sets and a 30 min run...ran out of time so will do the other 5 sets tomorrow after work!

Did this, and added leg curls with a stability ball, reverse lunges, elliptical machine and several more ab exercises. :noway:
I am SOOOOO sore, and so sleepy. So glad today is long cardio, cuz my poor body couldn't lift a 2lb dumbbell right now if I had to.0
