Week 4 - Expectations Too High?

Thursday of this week will be the end of Week 4 for me and my lifting buddy. I'm using the current plan on Mehdi's site:
A: Squat / Bench / Inverted Rows / Push Ups / Reverse Crunches
B: Squat / OH Press / Deadlift / Pull Ups / Bridges
Are my expectations too high on the body weight exercises? I haven't seen too much of an improvement on inverted rows or pull ups yet while I blew my previous best out of the water tonight on push ups.
Just looking for encouragement one way or another...either "it's okay/normal at this stage" or "push your *kitten* harder, b*tch"
eta: sorry if this has been covered before (!!!) and thanks in advance for the replies.

I started in January. I think it will take more time than four weeks simply because if you are following the plan like I am, you started off with very low weights in order to learn proper form.
My Pull Ups are improving rapidly now but I am about 8-9 weeks in. In another month or so once the 5x5 work becomes harder, I think the progress in other related exercises will increase0 -
Waitwaitwait... Now I am confused. What program are you guys referring to? The Stronglifts I am doing doesn't have pushups, pullups, crunches and bridges in it.0

Mehdi has a revised version of SL. Here is a link to the new PDF.

That is not the "revised" Stronglifts program. I don't even know what it is.
Look at the copyright dates...0 -
Mehdi dropped the "assistance" exercises a while back:

I am following the basic plan with no assistance exercises. I added weighted pull ups/chin ups to the "B" day and hanging leg lifts/weighted dips to the "A" day on my own.0
