Ok time to get back at it!

Life has been crazy and I haven't posted much because I've been making at of repeat meals... Except the lasagna's from last months C.L. They were all fabulous! But it's time to go exploring again! I'm starting to lift weights now and my body is a changing! Which means I must too! So here goes!

    Awesome! I've been feeling more adventurous myself and doing more cooking in general. I thought about taking a pic of the cilantro-mango relish I made as a topping for fish the other night... but it didn't look too attractive in the end. Tasted yummy though!

    I'm making butternut squash ravioli for Easter dinner - will definitely take pics. :)

    Can't want to see all the yummy new recipes you find. I wonder if any of the lifting magazines have recipe sections...just a thought for a new recipe resource to add to your arsenal.
