I find that if I constantly keep an glass of water or cordial next to me I tend to stop craving. But, for when it get's too hard to ignore I love a salt & vinegar rice cake, usually snack a jacks. At only 41 cals per rice cake and teamed with a glass of water I feel full after!

I eat fruits; apple, orange or pear as snacks. Dried apricots, dates or mulberries are also good options for snacks.

I'm going to request you rethink peanut butter. If you get all natural PB with either no salt or with added sea salt then it is clean. It's actually very healthy for us - good fats help keep you feeling full long. Review the Eat Clean series by Tosca Reno.
