I tried out Jillian's Banish Fat workout for the first time time. It was a total challenge. I was huffing and puffing through the workout, but I feel awesome now -- those good cardio endorphins are still pumping!0

I've done JM's Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism a few times as well.. I thought at one point I'd make that a 2 or 3 times a week workout. Boy was I wrong! LOL.... it's rough. Too rough to do before getting ready for work in the mornings. But it's a good one to do every now and then to mix things up!
I am in for today's challenge. I did 25 mins of the C25K program (just started week 3). I was panting and chugging along while I ran. Clearly I am not used to running. But I will make it .
I will try to do some outside walking here in a bit to make up for the other 35 minutes I need today. I took the day off from work, where I am usually very active so it's hard to keep myself moving today. LOL0 -
I did "5 Really big Miles with Leslie Sansone" it took almost 90 min.
I haven't done that whole dvd in a long time, it felt really good.0 -
Nope - I did not make it. We were running this afternoon and it was all I could do to get to karate on time. I can't wait until warmer weather and more sun earlier in the morning.0

3.2 Miles. 1 Hour with a buddy. My best and longest friend Stefani has breast cancer and is stuck at home until surgery. I am making sure she gets her butt out. Now trying to find a used ipod for her to get her out on her own when I'm at work. Ideas???0

jmsouth: I'm sorry to hear about your friend, but I'm glad that you're getting her our of the house. Here is some info about buying used ipods. I have a friend at work who buys refurbished apple products all the time and raves about them (still great quality, but much less expensive -- he usually buys directly from apple).
Apple - Apple sells refurbished iPods at the online Apple Store. Expect to save a few bucks and have the experts updating the iPod. Not a bad combo.
Exchange companies - Companies like NextWorth, FlipSwap, and Second Rotation both buy and sell used iPods and iPhones; the prices they pay and sell at are appealing.
iPod resellers - Some companies that sell new iPods also sell used iPods. These are mostly mail-order or online stores and they offer prices similar to Apple’s.
eBay/Craigslist - eBay and Craigslist are great places to find bargains online, but beware. Unless you’re buying from an established company with a good reputation, a scammer may get stick you with a broken iPod or one that doesn’t have the specs you thought you were getting.0
