I know we just finished one but anyone up for another one?
Starting now, Feb 15th till April 5th? That is another 6 week challenge!
My goals:
Weight:
Current: 250lbs
Goal: 235 I(I really want to put 228 cause that would mean I'd hit the 100lbs lost just since surgery but that is a 22lbs lost I'd have to pull off and I don't want to be bummed when it didn't happen)
Exercise:
Continue to do C25K 3x's per week.
Recumbent bike 7x's per week.

I will keep with my meal plan, but work harder on my exercise. Hope to get either a recumbent bike or an elliptical in a couple of weeks!0 -

(NEWBIE TO THE GROUP ) Hi I would love to be apart of this challenge. Im in my pre op stage 10 wks to go . My weight is 339 I want to lose 30lbs. for this challenge that will make a total of 70 pounds weight loss before WLS.
Im on stage 2 of my diet 40 carb and 900 cal
Im going to work out everyday at the gym
20 min recumbent bike
20min elliptical
10lbs dum bells

Exercise Goals- Mon-Thursday at gym after work with cardio and weight machines for 1-1 1/2 hours, walk 2 miles in 30 min M-F 5:30am to walking dvd and also walk over 1 mile in 20 minutes at work on my lunch hour M-F.
Current weight as of 2/17/13 was 140.40 -

Exercise Goals- Mon-Thursday at gym after work with cardio and weight machines for 1-1 1/2 hours, walk 2 miles in 30 min M-F 5:30am to walking dvd and also walk over 1 mile in 20 minutes at work on my lunch hour M-F.
Current weight as of 2/17/13 was 140.4
2/21/13 weight was 137.6 loss of 2.80 pounds. Went to gym Tues and Wed this week and did 5:30am walking Tues-Fri and also walking at lunch time Tues-Friday this week. Will hit the gym this weekend too. Bad snow storm coming in this afternoon so not for sure if I will go to the gym or just head home after work, depends on weather.0 -
2/24/13 - Starting Weight 186.8, current weight 182.8, goal weight 170
Exercise is on hold while I recover from Bronchitis (on day 4 of antibiotics).0 -

2/28/13 weight was 137.6 zip, 0 loss! I would like to get to 135 at least! Then I can say I have lost 1/2 of me since I started at 270 on 2/1/12. These last few pounds are the hardest to loose. I have been working out at the gym and at home but still no scale movement! UGH!!!!0 -

I wish I could get rid of these last 1.9-6.9 pounds! UGH! I think things are moving around though cause my jeans are fitting looser and looser but not alot of change in the scale. Might be due to all the workouts too.
My workouts this week have suffered due to the new 4 month old westie pup that is a rescue I adopted on Sat. I haven't been to the gym since 3/1/13 and haven't done my usually 2 mile walk before work or one mile or more walk on my lunch hour since I am playing with the pup to wear her out before work and then using my full hour to go home to let her out and my other dogs and then play with her again to wear her out. I am hitting the gym tonight and will get there this weekend. Going to try to get back to my usually daily workout routine next week once she is settled in more.0 -
I don't see any way that I will make my goal I set by April 1st.
Haven't lost a pound in a month...and have tried everything I know to do.
Guess I just wait it out and eventually that scale has to move.0 -

3/14/13 weight was 135! loss of 1.90 pounds-Yeah! I have lost 1/2 of me now! Started at 270 on 2/1/12 and lost 47 pre op from 2/1-6/11/12 and have lost 88 post op since. Total lost 135!!! Onward to next goal of 130!0 -

Just one more week to reach that goal of 155 and I don't see it happening. Stuck between 160.4 and 162 for weeks now. Really want to at least see 159. Really tired of this stall here.0

Well, I didn't make my goal of 130 by 4/1/13. I ws 132 last Sunday but this week was more like 135 then yesterday/today 133.4 so I don't know what's going on! I keep loosing and gaining a couple pounds it seems since I hit 135. Maybe my body is at it's set point weight goal? If I don't get to 130 I am fine with it. I would just like to maintain being at 135 at this point and keep shooting for 130 for my 5'4" height.
Do we have a new challenge to shoot for? Mother's Day or Memorial Day Challenge???0
