HI i was just wondering what you guys do for the "exercise" portion of the daily log? how do you log each exercise or do you just log one exercise to a certain amount of calories burned? and what amount of calories burned do you put each day?

I just enter in my own work outs and named them after each insanity workout. then I googled average calories lost for someone my weight and height.
I need to rethink the calories burned, and get a HRM because i think my first calculations were way over.0 -
I use my HRM and create a new exercise.0
