I know I am a bit nuts sometimes. This may qualify as a little nuts.
Drove up to MA from NC last Thursday. Left at 3:30 AM. Got to my brother's house at 5PM. Still wound up from the MIO Engergy I put in 2 bottles of water. So by 6PM I was in the YMCA pool for 110 laps (5.03km)

Woke up at 5:30 on Friday and was in the pool again for another 72 laps. Then hit another YMCA pool after lunch for another 90 laps. 162 total for the day.
272 laps in 2 days. ~12.4KM.
Rested Saturday. Drove back to NC Yesterday.

Clearly nuts but all swimmers are.

The nutty ones record and graph their kms.

The real nutty ones record, graph, colour code into either organised training, open water, training by myself or competition.

The real real nutty ones calculate weekly averages, weekly bests, monthly totals, monthly best, annual totals.

I have a spread sheet set up that I enter laps into and calculate yards and meters per swim and tallies cumulative miles and kilometers for the year.
But I don't break out the internal statistics. There are limits
