My new found love for swimming
Love the feeling of just the water and me for an hour a day! No phone, emails or chatter. It is by far the best workout for a full body composition change. I am 57, new hip and it’s a high intensity workout without the impact!!!!

How do you measure your swims?
I'm just curious because pre-Covid, I was keeping track of distance. I could do more/less/the same for a workout than my usual. 2.5 years later, re-entering the pool, I was very unsure about whether or not I could manage the same workout or not.
