I have noticed since I bought a 2 liter of diet coke, my sugar is creeping........... anyone else?

    i drink a lot of diet soda and i never knew it would affect my sugar level

    I used to drink a lot of diet soda too, I only drink one 12oz can of pepsi max a day now, and thank goodness it doesn't seem to effect me
    cuz I really do enjoy it!

    I am off Coca Cola...my fav, but also refuse to drink diet; the aspartame or whatever sweetners they use are not really good for you either. Some even say it can make you gain weight. Google it as I don't remember the article, but it is worth investigating.

    My niece sees a big spike when she has diet pop. I don't drink much pop so I haven't noticed it but have thought about checking it out to see if I also see a correlation. A doctor friend told me that diet pop will cause spikes but wasn't clear as to why.
