Hi everyone!

I know that it is late in the month, but I think that I am going to begin posting my workouts here. I usually do Leslie Sansone's 1 mile walks with either the stretchy band or booster cables. I also ride my stationary bike for exercise.

    Another Leslie fan here! I do her 3 mile walk, using 2kg weights for the first ten mins - trying to build it up over time!
