Hello, I love her videos, it's been a while since I've worked out and I'm starting up again. I'm trying to do 1 mile each morning to help with my high blood pressure.

Just did the WATP 5 Day Slim Down video - warm up twice, all 5 walks, plus cool down = 88 minutes (according to collagevideo.com.) Loved it!
