Sugar from Juicing.

I make morning juice every morning. The majority I put in it is veggies however there is 1 apple, 1 pear and 1 kiwi in it- divided between two people ( my husband and I) and yet whenever I put it in the recipe tracker and add it to my morning- it already blows my days' worth of sugar. Should I worry about this? I"m not sure I can take out any more fruit and still enjoy my juice ( I already removed the grapes, strawberries and orange. It's making me feel like I can't randomly enjoy fruit during my day too =( . Any suggestions?

Take sugar off your list of tracked nutrients or adjust your amounts to something reasonable for you. I took sugar off and replaced it with fiber, but I find myself going over that...then I feel annoyed. I might have to actually adjust my numbers as well. I hate seeing the red! I think the suggested sugar is more for mostly processed foods. I get all my sugar from fruits with occasional use of agave nectar, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, so I feel okay about that. Fruit is good for you! I usually eat between two and four servings a day.0

I don't worry about sugar from fruit either. I juice and I make smoothies which blows my sugar through the roof. My own personal experimenting has shown me, that for my body at least, it's not big deal. When I was pregnant with my son, I had gestational diabetes and had to take blood samples four times a day. Juices raised the numbers more than smoothies, but neither one ever caused a spike. Sugars from junk food, dairy, and bread-like things were totally different though.0

Honestly, I say don't worry about it. With that (natural) sugar you're getting vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc.
Going over your sugar guideline here isn't a bad thing as long as it's part of a healthy diet, IMO.0
