Friday, March 29: Long Cardio Day
The type of cardio you do today is up to you, but we want you to get your heart-rate up for at least 45 minutes – If you can do 60, even better.

Suggestions: (Jogging, swimming, power-walking, aerobics, bike riding, etc…)

    I'm in. Tomorrow is my C25K day. I'm on week 3 so it's starting to get tough! I will post after my day's workouts.

    As it always happens, I just get going and there's some interruption......but tonight's is a good reason. Going to Son's and DIL's with the rest of the fam to have a surprise party to learn if they're having a boy or a girl! Will know depending on if the cupcakes have blue or pink frosting, so excited. But planning on kicken *kitten* tomorrow, and a long hard hike on Sunday.

    I'm in.....I usually do 90 min. Mon-Fri. although this week has been different because my trip just wore me out.

    Not sure if I'm going to go with Leslie Sansone or Latin Party Pack but I'm going to do something. Will let you know when its done.

    WHOO HOO!! 40 min. of Red Hot Cardio Party & 50 min Walking with Leslie Sansone wearing a 2 lb weight belt. Now, off to the shower so I can go get dirty again in the garden. LOL....

    29 Mar - Long cardio done 35 min walking 15 min bike - it was tough to get this in today but it's done thank goodness!

    Other than my usual 4'ish miles of walking done yesterday, I missed out on long cardio workout day :(. I left work and went shoe shopping for my 5K next week. By the time I got home and had dinner it was late. No excuses, I know but I will make up for it tonight (Sat) after work. And Sunday is even more activity time.
