    I am new to the site but I started leslie Sansone earlier in the month..... I just passed 40 miles for the month so far. When I started I really didnt know what to set as a goal but its easy . I have just made it part of my daily routine...so I am going to shoot for 50 for march ;)

    3/2 - 1 mile walk outside and 3 miles of the Biggest Loser Walking DVD = 4 miles

    3/4 - 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym and 1 mile walk outside = 5 miles
    3/5 - 1 mile walk outside
    3/6 - 0.5 mile walk outside and 4 mile walk on the treadmill at the gym wearing my new weighted belt (it goes up to 10 pounds but I only used 5 pounds for my first walk) = 4.5 miles

    Totally exceeded my March goal of 80 miles! As of today I am at 93.25 miles for the month of March. I am challenging myself to do 100 miles by the 31st, since I have slowed down since hitting my goal.

    I can do this...only 6.75 to get to 100! :happy:
